I Amit Maggo, Having credit card No 4129034830328842 In Manhattan Standard Chartered Bank Before 4-5 Months Mistakenly I have not made the payment in the bank so Customer care executive Mr. Gaurav has called me regarding the payment. In between I am telling him to setteled my credit card account so he said me if you want to setteled the account so paid 1800/- Rs. After paying your amount so I applied to waiver in your behalf so I said ok and paid the money but after 1 Month Ms. Pooja

(Mob No 9716787346) Called Me And told me clearly 1800/- is not sufficient amount if you want reversal so please pay 1800/- Rs More after paying money the bank is agrred to give reversal I said ok and pay the money but after some time Ms. Chanchal (Mob. 9990988238) called me and told Ms. Pooja is in trouble her father has very serious ill so I don’t know what is the commitment between you and Pooja but if you want to setteled the account so paid Me 1700/- Rs more and after paying you the money so I will send you through mail your zero balance statement after paying money I have trying so many times to call Ms. Chanchal Phone But she is not picking a single time Phone call again after some time Ms. Meenakshi (Mob. 9899990267) Called Me and told me if you have to pay the 1800/- Rs more so I will send you your zero balance statement I said ok and again I have to pay 1800/- Rs after paying money I called Ms. Meenakshi She told me very clearly tomorrow She send me My zero Balance Statement but again I I am facing same problem so I have trying so many Times Ms. Meenakshi Cell No But She is Not Picking A call most of the time if she picked a Phone so she told me I will call u with in five Minutes before 10-15 Days Ms. Sonal Called me and told me to pay balance amount I told her to ask meenakshi she setteled my account last month and I called meenakshi to another number she picked call and I told her to give my zero balance statement because Ms. Sonal Call me she told me after five minutes I will call you after that Sonal not call me But last three four days Ms. Chanchal Again Called me and Pressing me to pay money.

In This Regard i have trying so many times your customer care through Phone or email but result zero so please do the needfull.

This All Commitment are recording in my cell Phone If you wants the copy of recording so i am able to give you to make a copy of C.D.

So I am requesting you to please look into this matter and do the needful ASAP.
