Manhattan Credit Card
Unwanted billing charge

Hi,

I have manhattan credit card and i use to shop using this credit card only, recent month while checking my account statement i found Manhattan team automatically adding "Credit card insurance amount" which i have not given any confirmation to add & even they have not intimated me. After checking that i have called customer support they told its optional if i don't wish to pay the amount they will remove this charges based on there information i have not paid the amount and within 2 months they have added interest and automatically and now they are telling if i have not paying that insurance amount my name will be moved to negative account and that will create problem in getting loans for other banks. which is really a cheap and not a professional way the big bank like Manhattan team does. Bank should be more secure place and all people trust bank, but this guys without telling us they automatically adding some amount like card insurance of 20000 which we are not opted and asking us to pay. can any one help me how to over come from this???
