Manhattan Credit Card (Stanchart)
Charges debited for services never received

I am holding a Manhattan credit card issued by Standard Chartered Bank for the last 7-8 months. I was promised a special package in the month of November which was supposed to reach me in 15 days time. But this package never reached me and I am debited charges every month related to this package. I have also logded a complaint for cancelling this package and reversal of charges 2 months back but nothing has happened till date.
