MANHATTAN PLATINUM Credit Card Complaints - Unnecessary late charges

Hi Sir,

I am MANHATTAN PLATINUM Credit Card Holder from Last one year My Card No is 4541982333255880

I paid my dues by a HSBC BANK Cheque well before due date (16 JULY) and put it in the drop Box of SC Bank Baner ATM. But my Cheque was clear on 21st July i.e. after my due date my due date is 18th July.

In my August statement I had seen bank was charging late fees 4162.85 /- (INTEREST 3, 729.10250711 SER TAX & CESS 10.30% 440.75).

So in this case nothing wrong from my side I had made payment before the Due date. "I don’t know why I was got penalty for there mistake".

So please any one help me to reverse the unnecessary late charges amount of Rs 4162.65 so I am happy to continue to use the
