Delay in Credit dollar to my a/c

My a/c in the mane of Manibhadra Enterprise. Ahmedabad main branch have received my payment

(US Dollar) in the very early and officer have no time till 4.15 PM to credit in my a/c.

Even though officer told me in the morning that amount Credit will be in a/c latest by 2.00 PM O'clock.

In the dollar rate also I can't satisfy. He wastelling some other rate & giving credit some other rate.

I don't know why this happened?

This is my payment already have received from overseas, and I am not getting in whole day.

Suppose I have receive in the morning, I can use this money one day early.
