Humiliation on the cust by manage

Iam writing this mail with regards complaint on the manager from

Ramamurthy Nagar Branch Bangalore:560043, We had pledged

Neckales, Pledge no:0100990700740589, Released on 13/12, Pearl was

missing on the neckales, Manager says that he is not responsible for

it, So he humiliated my mother on this. He does not deserve to be a

manager, He told we are not the Customer, He is asking leave the back

and he humiliated very badly, If these case, I dont think cust mayu

think of other options in terms of finance, If your not taking any

action against this, I might take further about this.he is not ready to
