False committments

HOPELESS SERVICE NOT FIT TO BE CALLED A FINANCIAL COMPANY..I had approached Fullerton Bank Pimpri branch for personal loan.. My file was handled by Mr Liakat who is not fit to be work with a financial institution. I was looking to purchase a land in Pune for which my requirement was atleast 2.5 lakhs. All my documents were submitted to the head office and he told me he will make sure I get atleast 3 lakhs within two days [FLASE COMMITTMENT]. He ended up telling me after 4 days that you will just get 94000. All my varification and interview were successful and he just kept on giving false committments that you will get your cheque today and tomorrow and so on. Based on these committments I had kept the landlord hold. This nonsense service made me lose my land and I am really very unhappy. If you cant handle customers why are you in this business.
