Non receipt of Credit report from CIBIL

I have sent 3 demand drafts to CIBIL for Rs. 142/- in three months from Jan to March with a number of reminder letter, I have not been able to receive the Credit Report so far.

Last demand draft No: 475296 dated 10.03.10 has been sent to you on 11.03.10 which you must have received in a day or two, but the report is still at large.

it is also not understood that why a company which claims to have maintained the list of defaulters in repaying loans etc. itself is being irresponsible in its own prime work.

It has good planes of estabilishing good credit culture in India but lack of commitment and will to implement it.
