Un-necessary dedution of balance from my prepaid account

Sir,

Good evening,

1. Near about one month back I came to know that Rs. 5/- daily deducted from my prepaid account. After that I have given a call to Idea Custumer care and I came to know that a service called "Friend Ship Contest" was activated. That was not in my knowledge. When it was activated. After that I requiest to Idea Custumer care that kindly unsub this service immidiatly. But it was not Un-Sub. Then again I have given a call to Idea Custumer care, mentioning that "Friend Ship Contest" service is still activated kindly unsubscribe this service. After that again I have given two- three more complaints to the Idea Custumer care to unsubscribe "Friend Ship Contest". But no action was taken till now.

2. Hence you are requested that kindly unsubscribe "Friend Ship Contest" and refund all the money to my prepaid account. Otherwise I am going to put RTI against Idea.
