Rate difference / Misbehavio

Sir,

On 11.02.10 we have purchased one Nokia battery from your dealer

Nokia care Tumkur, Karnataka.for Rs.470.00. (this has been brought

from adjescent shop by name M/s Slans communications.their

invoice 6151 / 11.02.10) when we enquired in the same shop it is

Rs.450 .00 only.

For this difference we asked Nokia care, but we did not get proper

response & all grouped together and misbehaved with us in

threatening way.

I think this is not the way to behave with the valuable customers.

pl. see that the rate difference should not occure between authorised

dealers. this will hurt the customer.

Hope you may look in to this issue & see this may not accure in

future.
