Rude behavior of chief manager pnb gujrawala town, delhi

Sub: Rude behavior of Chief Manager, B O Gujranwala Town punjab national bank, Delhi.

I am a customer of your G T Road Azadpur branch and am availing of a CC limit of Rs.38.40 lac advanced to my proprietorship firm, Mars Fashion.

You may be aware that there has been no connectivity in BO G T Road Azadpur since yesterday. Some staff members from G T Road Azadpur have been sent to BO Gujranwala Town to address the needs of the customers of BO G T Road Azadpur.

I was one of the few customers present at BO Gujranwala Town this morning for RTGS when the Chief Manager, Mr S K Gupta, came out of his cabin and rudely told his staff members to get rid of all the customers of G T Road Azadpur. He then went on to rudely shout at us to go away from there.

The attitude and language of the Chief Manager was very insulting and demeaning, to say the least. Never in my association of more than 5 years with your bank have I faced such language and behaviour.

You are requested to take the strictest action against the official so that such kind of behaviour is discouraged in future.
