Financial penal charges

I have purchase a Maruthi 800 through Tata Motors Ltd., Coimbatore branch on June .my contract no is 20846165.vehicle reg.no: TN37AC5567.

Finance amt rs.186000/=.

Already I have paid all the 48 dues.after complete my dues I am not in a possition to pay the penal interests because of my business possition.

By March I went to your Coimbatore branch and ask for the settlement.

Your staffs told that my account having 1 (one) due pending and the amount for settlement is Rs.19000/=.I ask them how 1 due pending. They said my last due was adjusted for some charges by the company.

Till now no one intimate the due pending and no one call me for collection of that pending due.

As per my accounts I have paid all the dues. Now I want to close my account.

Please help me to settle my account.

Please arrange to give the maximum waiver (because 1 due pending is not my fault)

And arrange to give me the settlement amount at earliest.

Please do the needful in this regard.
