THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED MY PREFERD INSURANCE

Dear Sir,

On 30.05.2012 i have taken a New Maruthi Wagan-R.due.i reached showroom adarsh moters Kreem nagar, at 10.Am.and i paid the amount, i req. i will take the vheicle at 5PM.. They are agreed and i went to home.

and i received a call from MARUTHI From Delhi. They asking for the details and explained about the INSURANCE rules and they have tie up with 5 insurance co.out 5 i req.do in IFFCO TOKIO GEN.INS.

But surprisingly the show room people called and said that he is not authorized insurance. I told this option given by u r murthi Delhi people only.

Finally i reach to showroom at 05.30Pm. I discussed with sales teem leader Mr. Naveen Kumar,

he said u take with our insurance com. then only we will delivery the vehicle. Then we said give back the our DD..

And i have made a complaint to maruthi call center Mis. mahima code no.189401, they said there is no compulsion on insurance.

till 8PM they are not taken any steps and finally we are taken a vehicle with show room prefer insurance that is ICICI LOMBARD.

According there attitude they may have huge befit with the there prefer d insurance.

finally i whant to change with my prefer d insurance... cra booked in the name of R.KARUNA REDDY W/O R.V.Reddy. ON 30.05.2012
