I, Surya Nath Pandey S/o Late sri R.P. Pandey, D.O.B- 21.04.1945, R/o 3/14, Prag Narayan Road, Hydel Colony, Lucknow (since vacted after retirement on 30-04 from U.P.S.E.B. Shakti Bhawan-Lko) I had taken Car loan from Maruti Countrywide, Auto F & S Ltd-Lucknow in July / Aug.1999 against Maruti 800, UP32-AB 3109, Chasis No.1365392 & Engine No.1908423 booked at Maruti Agency-KTL Indira Nagar-Lucknow.

The loan inquestion was fully paid in time but “No dues certificate” has not been issued by your office so for which may now kindly be issued on Top-Priority at the following address :
