Dear Sir,

We regret to inform you income tax department had a sent document number EA699465193IN dated 19.05.2011 by your speed post service.

When we had checked on net regarding above documents it has shown that it was delivered on 22.05.2011 evening to choutuppal SO. Yesterday we had send our representative to enquire above the documents you had informed us that to day morning by 8.00 AM you can collect personally from our post office.

Since 8.00 AM morning our representative is visiting your office several times and you have informed that Mr Chandraiah has taken the above documents to deliver at our premises. Every hourly we were enquiring about Mr. Chandraiah every time your office has informed that Mr. Chandraiah has gone to delivery the documents and any moment he will be with us on requesting for his Mobile No. no one from your office has given his Mobile No. to us we were shocked when we had called at 3.00 PM to find out our document status your people has informed that Mr. Chandraiah has left for the day.

On hearing of this our representative has gone to your office to find out about our documents your office had informed that if you want our documents then you can go the village of Mr. Chandraiah to collect your document.

We were using speed post services for the prompt delivery only.

Please inform us if this is the status of speed post documents which were carrying very highly valuable documents and it has been delayed without any reason.

We request you please take necessary action against the negligence person and we will file a case for justice to us.
