Purchase through csd

Whether maruti alto is available through csd or not in bathinda... tara automobiles ltd... if it is available why they refuse to provide the availability certificate... if we ask them if the car is available by cash then they show all the colors and all types of versions are available... but if we tell them we want to purchase through csd ..then they say some dispute is going on between csd and tara automobiles bathinda... so we cant give availbility cerificate or quotation.further they say if u want to purchase it through cash then u can go ahead and if u want through csd we hope the matter will be settled within a week. kindly ask them and tell us when that week will come...
