Hi,

I bought Maruti Swift in the month of May and they gave me a Maruti Suzuki Autocard tie up with Citibank. In the month of August I received a communication from Maruti Suzuki that the Autocard tie up with Citibank ends at December 31st and it is getting tied up with SBI. When I checked with Maruti they told that they will communicate me when this is going to be changed to SBI and I can continue using this card. But now Citibank without my knowledge they have changed this card to Citibank Gold Card. Let me know how these things can the bank people can do without consulting with the customer. Be aware of Citibank.
