Fraudulent Commitments given

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a Zen Estilo VXI from AAA vehicleades last year, date of delivery was 04-11-09, car number DL 3C BJ 2694. The insurance for the same was due on 04-11-10 and I received a call from the executive of AAA that they would provide me with a Scheme and insurance would be renewed. We came to an agreement but at the time of delivering the insurance documents they did not provide the car perfume as mentioned verbally in the deal. Secondly, the name of insurer was incorrectly mentioned and it took them more than 1 month to provide me with the correct endorsement document, that too after loads of reminders. The car perfume is not yet delivered to me.

Sir, as you know it’s a pain to get deceived and at the same time handle the bankers who were furious while getting incorrect documents. I have been a customer of Maruti since last more than 11 years and so wish to bring this to your notice so that the image of a bigger enterprise do not get effected at the behest of some others

Hence, I request you to take necessary steps so that the future customers don’t have to bear the agony I did since in the past more 5 weeks.
