My son Mr B. kiran kumar Rayagada purchased a Maruti van from M/s LOHIYA MOTORS PVT LTD BERHAMPUR, who is the authorised dealer of Maruti udyog ltd during JAN with your finance/ ASSISTANCE. The total amounts were paid regularly withaccount payee checks only. The complaint was made last 2 1/2 years back vide this office l. no nil dated 25 / 03 / 2008. The branch manager Bhubaneswar asked the detailed data over phone at that time but no action is being taken by the authority. Now I want to sale the old van and purchase the another maruti car with exchange. So it requires the N O C from your office with duplicate K eyes. Why the concered is not taking suitablre steps fpor issuing noc 's after clearing loan amounts. Requesting for early action.
