Renewal policy not received after 45 days

I purchased this Alto car from Ahmedabad Dealer M/S. Kataria Automobiles Ltd. The Insurance policy renewal was due on 12/01. I was approached by Dealer for Renual of Policy more than before a month. Three such calls were received. On 23/12 one Mr. Bhavesh an executive of the Dealer has taken a renewal Cheque from me. He issued receipt No.51065 Dt.23/12. The amount of cheque is also debited from my Bank Account. Till today I have not received an Insurance Policy or even a Cover Note.
Before two days I tried to contect Dealer on its various Telephone Numbers. 079-22173000, 22174305, 30212345, 26928114-16. Nobody attended any of the Phones. Nobdy was picking up the receiver. I therefore contected on Mobile No.919824651755 and I could connect. To my great surprise, my phone was attended by four persons one after another. After hearing whole story of my complaint phone was given to another person by saing me "Just a Minute" as many as 4 persons attended and I got arteply that Mr. Bhavesh is not available now sao you contect again towmorrow.
I am waiting for my Insurance Policy since last 45 days. The Dealer was very much anxious to take the renewal Premium cheque but after cheque was enchased the Dealer has failed to respond to my complaint.
It is necessary to state that Cheque was taken in the name of ICICI LUMBARD Gen. Ins.Co Ltd.
The Dealer has kept sao many telephones but they are of no use. There is no Customer Executive who can properly respond to a customer.
This is negligence and deficeancy in Service.
Maruti Udyog Ltd must take corrective steps to improve service by this Dealer.
