Processing Fee

Respected Sir,

I am apply for loan in Mas Finance for Home Improvement Loan. Mas Finance take 1500/-rs befor senction my loan as processing fee. Actually m already told mas finance sales office that already my father loan running on our home in LIC. but dnt know he listen or not. And after they getting clear my check they told me that your loan not senction with the cos of we need some property mortgage and your father already mortgage the home in LIC so they cant sanction my loan. It's ok but actually which fee they collecting from me as processing fee they dont visit my Company. when m asking them that give me some proof that your officer visit at my offfice the told this is an Confidential document we are not provide u. and which document i provide to MAS FINANCE mas finance officer dummy sign of me on all documents.

Please meke me awas was MAS FINANCE accept my processing fee 1500/-rs befor senction my loan?
