Processing Fee

I applied for home in mas housing finance. Processing fee Rs.1500/- paid in July & Technical & legal fee Rs.2700/- was paid in Dec 10 to Mas Housing Finance. They given loan approval letter also. In Jan-11 they told us that our loan applications are rejected as your property doesn't come under TDPA.

They agree to refund this fees but till date they haven't refund our fees paid to them. We take follow up several times. Please advice.
