Demanding extra charges for new LPG connection

Dear Sir,

Myself Dr. Manoj Choudhary associate with World Health Organization for National Polio Surveillance Project - India. At present my posting is at Khagaria District of Bihar as Surveillance Medical Officer. I have apply for the new LPG connection at M/s Maurya Indane, Khagaria for which they given "Ref No 12/pnt/gwt/1/10 and Reg. No is 001219 dated 5/12/09" and informed me up to 31/1 to contact with me to take the connection.

I have visited 2 to 3 times during the period and after the period but still I have not received GAS Connection and they are demanding for more money and they are selling the connection in Black. This is for your kind information and needful and the attitude of the concern person was not good because they are related to political person.
