Non-receipt of pament receipt

I have introduced two policies through AMSURE Ulip for Mr. Devadas (Policy No.601210982) and for Mr. Vipin S Das (Policy No.605644806) in 2008.They have renewed their policies in March and didnt receive the payment receipt till now. As they are approaching me for receipt I have discussed with the persons concerned in Amsure and no results till now. Please for ward the two duplicate receipts urgenrtly...
