Policy was surrendered with my consensus

I have been victim of fraud done by Max New York agents, policy sold to me assuring that i can withdraw fund after three yrs anytime i want, without any deductions. When i want to draw know i am losing half my invested money. The picture show to me was completely different then the reality of the policy. besides that i was clear that i need only 10 yrs policy. When policy came for 20 yrs I called up the agent and he very clearly stated that after 3 yrs you can with draw any time you want there wont be any deduction in your benefits.

In this state, I had sent a request letter to discontinue my police for complete repayment of my amount paid to the company till date. In return i have received a cheque of Rs 9585.11

I have never agreed to surrender the policy for a fore closer amount. On what basis Max New york life insurance has processed this policy surrender.

After this i Have been demanding an explanation for the same which never came. the only reply that came to me was.

"We would like to inform you that we require a written letter duly sign by policy holder to stop chque and reenter amount into the policy."

I replied to them stating

"By send in letter duly sign to stop cheque and reenter amount into the policy will my policy be reinstated and continue If yes then plz update about my outstanding premium, i will send the chque for the same."

After this mail i am not receving any replies from MAX NEW YORK my policy no is 276532066

Plz advice what should i do
