Discrepancy in units alloted

I have a ULIP policy with Max New York Life.

They just reduced the no. of UNITS alloted to me I have proof in form of Premium certificate CLEARLY stating the no. of units.

They in the name of reconciliation of units are carrying out this fraud.

I have stopped paying premiums.

Can any one help me to find the way to fight a case with these.

They are not responding on phone or through email.
