We Zankhana Girish Shukla & Girish R. Shukla had purchased an ULIP from Max New York Life Ins Co. Ltd., policy nos . 430594325 & 418955183 where due to some reason we failed to pay our premium regular cause our policy been lapsed. After some times we came out from problem and given priority to our insurance as we submitted our all due as well Health Declaration form. On 12 JAN th of But still our policy is in lapsed mode. no of times we had tried to communicate through there various toll free no. but all the time those CSE were not updated with data. Cause I got harassed no. of times I asked them to give me details of my payments which we made to them but no action. Now I knew that only 1 thing if fortunately anything go wrong with me and my wife who will be the responsible. I won’t everything in written.

What amount on which date along with chq nos. what amount of mine is in suspense mode, kind get me rid of this. Now Its my kind request to Regulatory (IRDA) kind justice me into this as I m myself insurance agent advisor for the said Insurance Company (Max New York Life In s Co. Ltd.) still m there but I loose faith to them bcoz of my insurance policy only. As every time they give different data if they r looking to confirm kind listen all those audio records from 1st December n till date.
