Mis-selling of policies

I had taken a personal loan from Barclays Finance and the representative had forced me to buy the Insurance policy of Max New York Life Insurance stating that the loan amount will be safeguarded against the policies and it will be a one-time payment. They also topped up the insurance premium amount to the sanctioned loan amount and issued the policies.

After a year, I have been receiving calls from Max New York Life Insurance to pay the next premium. I had agreed to take the policy from Barclays Finance since it was mentioned that this is a one time payment. I am unable to pay the premium for consecutive years.

Kindly help me to receive the premium amount paid back from the Insurance Co.
