Complaint for my commission

Respected sir I am mohd azharuddin, I was working with max new york life insurance company at a post of Agent&advisor in I submited a policy of life maker premium worth 20, 000 Rs per year, after that i didn't receive a check of that policy because my sales manager jatinder gupta do not working properly he dont know how to deal with a customer, he alway's ignored me, when I call him he dont pick up my phone calls, so sir I request to you please solve my problem and be strict against jatinder gupta
