Non receipt of premium paid receipt

I paid premium on my policy number 251849238 Rs Rs 24, 785 through HDFC (Master) Credit Card on 23-12.Their transaction detail is 2000077275. But no premium paid receipt received till date not even by email. Generally very poor service. No responsible official will be available to offer explanation over phone. I am disgusted with their indifference towards customers and policy holders.
