Dear sir/madm, my policy no.429-349-046 also my request no.1876797.I am very upset because, I surrender my policy and i lost six thousand rupees. I request for refund on 6 JAN.2010. I talk to customer service they said we sent you a check but couier company sent us back, because incomplete address. I am receiveing mail from your company since DEC.2006.How come my address is incomplete? There was an emergency so i surrender my policy.why your company playing games with peoples.please send my refund check as soon as possible.otherwise i will go to court and you have to pay my lost.
