Max Portfolios
Investment not returned

I had invested over Rupees One Lakh with Max Portfolios, Prop: Sanjeev Kapoor. However, the returns as promised were never got and all the cheques bounced. SEBI has notified against Max portfolios as well as the proprietors have been apprehended by the police and cases are already filed against them way back in 2004. I have complained for the first time ref: DDR (c) 1951 dated 11/10/04 and once again on 1/12/05 Via DDR (c) dated 1/12/05. and then again complaint has been registered bearing no 481/9/PGCell/08, at Lalbazar, Kolkata but to no avail. I would like to know what is the judgement and whether I would ever get my money back?
