Unauthorized factory running in Residential Area

Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Ravinder Singhal living in Jagat Puri in East Delhi. In front of my home a factory is running about many years. The factory workers running radio in very high sound, which disturb us. The factory starts about 6-7 a.m. in the morning and close about 9-10 p.m. in night.

Many times we request them please slow the sound but they deliberately hike sound.
