Credit card fraud..pls beware of mCheck

I got a message from my bank that my credit card was used in mCheck site for making an online payment to re-charge a mobile. I immediately contacted my bank and blocked my credit card. I was not having any account in the mCheck website nor had I even heard of that site. I then checked the website of mCheck and I was shocked to see my Credit card number registered with my details. I immedaitely sent a mail to the mCheck customer care to inform about this and i also asked them about the kind of authentication they are having. I never got any response from them..I again sent a mail to check this matter and I wanted to know the mobile number which was re-charged with my Credit card. No response came from their end. I then called their office in Mumbai to compliant about this ..what they told me is to call back again with the ticket number assigned to this!.They seem to be least bothered and were not proving to be helpful to find out what went wrong with their security. If they claim their security is so foolproof I am pretty sure they did this fraud themselves..and moreover if at all we register a complaint with them they donot respond nor they take any steps to solve the issue...
