Mediclaim settlement

I am mediclaim policy holder of United India Insurance Co. Ltd., My policy no. is 060600/48/10/97/00017947. I

was claimed an amount of 30315/- which was settled and received cheque dated 27/05 after that I submitted new file on 14/7 to MD India TPA as additional claim for next 60 days of 8390/- After 2 weeks on line status of my claim is seen as settled and amount as 00 due to some requirement. Then I meet to MD India Thane on 2/8 and the executive has given me a requirement letter dated 23/7 and as per their requirement all the documents submitted on 04/08 after that continue reply received as your claim is under process again a mail of MD India received on 13/09 demanding of the same requirements which was already submitted on 04/08 with acknowledgement of first submission of the requirements and the same is submitted on 15/09 but the claim is not paid till date. So please interfere and bring this claim to conclusion. Thanks to you
