Non settlement of mediclaim

I made a claim on 16/12 indoor admission of Monkey Bite on right leg, admission & discharge on 11/11.amounting Rs.5325.00 (Non cash Less).which was not paid and I made a appeal for re-consideration.

I also made appeal for OPD claim Cancelling my indoor claim which is still due.

I once again request you to consider and convert it into OPD claim from amount of

Rs 4, 000.which are not still expended for 2010. I regret that I have to get treatment from that centre as no other authorised OPD centre was nearby in that area.

I request you to adjust the amount as admissible and convert and pay the OPD amount in place of indoor claim at the earliest.

I apologies for not being able to apply in due time for sickness.

I once again earnestly request you to consider the case on human ground

Kindly communicate me the action taken.
