Eimbursement of claims

We have lodged claims for the hospitalization of new born baby at wackherdt hospital, rajkot and sturling hospital, rajkot and gangaram hospital new delhi. the claim amounted to rs 5918/ &rs56064/- &rs.25308/- & rs 10306/-. The medicare india pvt ltd is TPA. All the claims are rejected on the ground that the deseases are not covered under the scope of policy.

we state that baby had not taken treatment which do not cover the policy at any of the above hospitals. In fact, the patient was treated for fever, jaundice pnemoniya, de saturation etc. the consulting doctor has also clarified the same but the company overlooked and rejected the claims arbiterily. not only that the amount of claims were incorrectly registered. dispite repeted reminders, the company did not respond.

pl. do needful to get our complaint resolved as total amount of claims are more than rs 1 lakh.
