Reverse the debited amount

Sir,

My Credit Card No. is 4317 5750 2808 5604, S.Manoj Kumar, Rohini House, 33/113, Elamakkara PO, East of Punnakkal Temple, Cochin - 682026, Kerala.

This is in connection with an offer given by SBI credit card division 'Holiday Hungama' through Mega Deals. The offer given by Customer executive of SBI Credit card didnot match with those of Mega Deals of Travel port.

So I contacted Travel port and asked them to cancel this offer and to reverse the amount which is collected from me. As per the statement dated 5th March an amount of Rs 6349 is debited on 25th February by Mega Deals online Shop Mumbai.

I also contacted your SBI customer care I have lodged a complaint regarding this matter. As there was no reply I contacted Ms. Radhika (Customer care Executive SBI) on 19th march at 10.50 am. She told me to wait for another week. As there was no reply I again contacted on 31st march at 2.30 pm and had spoken to Ms. Satya. She told me that to pay the balance amount of the statement other than Mega Deals Online Shop, Mumbai (Rs.6349).

So I request you to look into this matter and take immediate action to reverse the amount debited in my account.
