Deficient Services and fraud

Dear Sir,

I have been duped of Rs.500/- by a local passport and investments agent in my area (Matunga West, Mumbai). Apart from showing acute lethargy in basic services, his delaying tactics had held up my mother's police verification process. Since she is unable to provide her birth cert. the agent was asked and paid to help us prepare a notarized birth affidavit for her. However, this agent, after a week of delay, has only handed me an invalid & out-dated stamp paper with no notarization and asked me to bribe the cop if any problems arise during verification. This has saddened me and my mother deeply and I wish to expose this agent as well as recover my money with your assistance. Kindly help.
