Ob card cheated us

As per our A/c statement sent by you shows debit of amt. Rs. 1654.50 . It was said to us that it is of monthly rent charges collected of three months together first time without informing. I discussed the matter to your head office Mumbai with Smt. Sneha ji that at the time of installation the machine it was commited not to collect any rent for the machine, only commission will be charged.

All off sudden after two year passed, you debited the unsaid amt. dramatically without any prior information or seeking our acceptance regarding the rent collection, it is really unfair and not a logical.
