Account opening

Dear Sir/madam,

today i have visited the SBI nehru place for a new account opening. The staff/manager has did lot of mistacks and i have to waste my three hours.i have taken a car loan from gurgaon.but for account opening i have submitted all the required documents required by bank but the account is opened on my gurgaon address.when i told to the branch manager then he said that u have to give a application after 5 days for change of address although i have given all the documents of my delhi address.trhey are not working in a propper way and the costumers are moving arround and no body is helping them.
