Meru Cabs.

On 7th dec’09. I booked a meru (Taxi no 9014 Driver’s name –Mr. Dubey) from the Domestic airport to Wadala. I also got a comfirmatation message with the car no. and the drivers cell no. I booked the car at 2:45pm in the afternoon but the driver did not turn up. I waited there till 4 pm but there was no sign of the car. I called up the driver, he was rude and said I am off to goregaon and not coming back and disconnected the call.

I called up the meru call centre and they refused to help me by saying we cant do anything as the airport supervisor is different from us.

I never expected such kind of a service and behavior from meru. Meru employs and drivers are very irresponsible. They don’t deserve to be where they are. Serious action must be taken against it in fact they should change their punch line from “rely on us” to “NEVER rely on us”.

Very Disappointing.
