Not dependable, horrible customer service

This is the second time I had very bad experience with Meru cab service.

I booked the cab for international airport on 3rd Jan, 10 - 1.30am pickup. I got booking confirmation but the cab did not turn up. upon calling they said it is not coming!

stupid people playing with customers.

never depend on it, rubbish service.
