Monthly premium collected twice

My policy no is 0500367.my monthly premium is on ECS mode debited to my bank account with Bank of India Ellisbridge Branch, Ahmedabad on 7th of every month.

On 7th December, the monthly premium has been debited to my bank account for two times (on same date).

I therefore, want the excess premium collected to be refunded immediately. AN EARLY ACTION IN THER MATTER WILL BE APPRECIATED.
