Fraud in Insurance Policy

Dear Sir,

I have taken a insurance policy from metlife on 31-Aug (Policy Number 20106431).

I have deposited Rs 30000 (All 5 premium paid @6000 half yearly) till today but i recieved a mail stating my Fund value only Rs 12977.

As i dicsussed with Metlife person, they are saying all remaining amount were charges like allocation, processing etc.

Plz help to get My Amount back with intrest. I dont want to continue with such company.
