Claim pending in the dept

My self vikas khinder from jalandhar punjab. I was working with the met life inssurence in jalandhar branch. I quit my job in the month of may.

After that i applied for claim of my PF in the month of july. After the 10 month i didnot get my money. when i was contact to the company they give me the recipt of submmision of my document on 20 of july into the dept but still there is no result. I call in the karnatka in PF dept but no body bother about this many time they will ask me call in next week abhi nahi hoga.

Please give my massege to higher authority that they will look into the matter and resolve it.
