MetLife Met bhavishya
Complaint Regarding delay of Bond Paper of Policy No. 20265127

Hi Support,

I, Mahesh Kumar, have taken "Metlife MetBhavisya" Policy having Policy No. 20265127 on 22nd February and paid 1st annual Premium amount Rs. 32536.

But it's more than 1 month, i have not recieved it's Bond paper from your side.

I had checked it with Metlife Customer Care, they told me that they have sent it to Metlife's Karkarduma (Preet Vihar) service branch on 2nd March.

Then, after after 2nd March i had checked it several times with my Financial Advisor and Sales Manager of Metlife's Karkarduma (Preet Vihar) branch, they told me that they will send it to me as soon as possible, but they didn't send it to me at all.

So, What can i do now, Should i freelook the policy as i still not got it's bond paper.

If yes, the how freelook it.
