Final Settlement Cheques Bounced Twice

Hi,

I was a customer of Metro Cruise Limited for few months and suddenly they stopped their scheme business and went underground for more than a month. Later they came back with the idea of returning the hardearned money of all their customers, taking back all the relevant documents from the customers and handing us with post dated cheques and with a paper signed, that says it is all over with the company if the post dated settlement cheques get cleared.

Those cheques are getting bounced and the employees of the settlement cell threten or misguide people with their casual attitude.

In the month of Feb, I had been to delhi to collect the cheques, submitting the documents. They made me wait for four days and handed post-dated cheques.

-09650275642 (Works) - Used by Karan/Praveen/Chandhan - They neither pick nor respond.

-09650275673 (Works) - Used by Karan/Praveen/Chandhan - Kept in switch off mode from days together now.

-011-22453800 (Works) - Valid Office Number - No one receives this. Have witnessed this personally and have also questioned them.

-09555098327 (Works) - Used by manager LALIT. He doesn't bother about you or your money. He disconnects your call, once he'll know that you are a customer.

-09212428136 (Works) - Said to be used by manager Manmohan Singh - Kept in switch off mode from days together now.

-09650275433 (Works) - Said to be used by company advocate - Takes you directly to a voice response unit of Airtel Voice mail. Dont expect to get any response.

People who work at office: Lalit, chandhan, Manjit, Vikram, Praveen.
