Haressement to an employee

Respected sir,

one of my friend is an territory executive in Microlabs and is been harassed for some... unwanted reasons which he/she had not commited and is forcefully said to do it in any circumstances to continue his/her services to the company.

he/she is not permitted to work in field by the Manager as said by him (Manager). Manager has his own personal fights to someone else.and thus been target to one of my friend.

Its not worth to make someone fall fails from his duty which he/she has not commited.

I am here by ready to get him justice with the true means.
