Not giving good service

Respected Sir,

My name is Abhilash Sharad Patel. I have open my saving a/c before 3 months at shahada branch and my a/c no is 31060533119. In the entire period of 3 month the bank accountant has not added my scanned signature image on the main SBI a/c program. As i am in pune And i have more then sufficient a/c balance but i am unable to use & withdraw it.so please give me solution it.
